Odense Congress Center has entered into a collaboration with Eventbuizz, who offers the individual exhibitor a solution that makes it possible to collect information about the visitors in a quick and simple way. You just download the Eventbuizz Lead APP to your smartphone or iPad and you are ready to go – once you have purchased access to use the APP.

What is the outcome of lead collection?

All guests can be scanned via the QR code on their access card.

• Create your own setup and retrieve your own data when it suits you.
• Great time savings are achieved when hard copy data is digitized with just a few clicks.
• All information can be imported directly into the CRM system – delivered as a CSV file.
• Exhibitors can order the Eventbuizz app, which turns smartphones into a predefined trade fair report

Pricing:
1 – 4 users DKK 795,- per user
5 – 9 users DKK 695,- per user subsequently
10 + users DKK 595,- per user subsequently

Prices excl. VAT incl. instructions for standard setup. If a special set-up is desired, it will be settled per hour.
