All exhibitors and stand staff personnel at VTM Summit 2023 must be registered electronically, which is why we ask you to register electronically prior to the fair

It is important that you are careful to register everyone who will be at the stand during the fair. The registration is valid for all days of the fair.

Please note that it is possible to register several people at a time, HOWEVER, you should be aware that each person must be registered with their own individual e-mail address.

Once you have registered – you will receive a confirmation by e-mail – bring it on your smartphone or in print when you arrive at the fair. The confirmation must be scanned in order to print your valid exhibitor pass.

In ”Vandrehal 2” at Technical Service, PC’s and printers have been installed to printing exhibitor cards.

Get your exhibitor card printet well in advance:

If you arrive prior to the opening of the fair, make sure you print the passes well in advance, as there will be a huge search for printing right up to the opening of the fair.

It will be possible to print exhibitor passes at Technical Service.

Exhibitor cards must be worn visibly during the fair as this serves as an access sign for exhibitors and stand staff during the fair.
